Campus Without Walls Lead Teachers are an elite squad of the best teachers in Massachusetts high schools and middle schools who excel in engaging their students with creative and culturally responsive lessons. Our Lead teachers earn a stipend of $3-5K to supplement their income and can earn up to 24 Professional Development Points (PDPs) for coaching a teacher fellow and participating in our vibrant professional learning community.
